Parting is such sweet sorrow. After extreme consideration, we have decided not to re-open. It is a decision that pains me, but I feel is the best interest of my family. I have loved serving the city of Helena! There is not a better bunch of people on the planet. I appreciate the way this community embraced our little restaurant and made us a part of your family. I have the fondest memories of everyone here. Thank you for being a part of our lives over the past couple of years~
Meet Our Chef
Chef Etricia is a graduate of Culinard Culinary School, but she started cooking long before that. It all started with an Easy Bake Oven at the age of 4, and she has been on this path every since. She received her business degree from the University of Montevallo and worked in several restaurants (Blue House Cafe, Outback Steakhouse, Mudtown, and Ruth's Chris Steakhouse) before owning 122 Tree Lane. Her style is described as
"sassy southern"!
It is a reflection of her upbringing. Born in
Natchez, MS and having relatives from both Baton Rouge and New Orleans, LA, Etricia's cuisine is southern with Cajun/Creole influences, which is why our slogan is "Southern fare with a Creole flair"!
